Access to the facilities
The public may not access the facilities outside opening hours.
Access is permitted, in the presence of the staff in charge:
- to participants who have paid their admission, under the conditions set out below;
- to accompanying persons or visitors, subject to the agreement of the manager on duty and in compliance with the general instructions.
Everyone on site must hold third-party liability insurance. Avoid any behaviour that could make you liable.
What the course admission price includes
- the supply and fitting of participants’ equipment: only equipment supplied by the park is allowed on the courses;
- instructions for using the equipment and the explanations given at the start of the session;
- putting them into practice on a test course, for validation by an operator;
- supervision, advice and any assistance during the session.
Length of a session : the length of the activity is set by the price list (see the prices displayed).
A course may only be accessed with the agreement of an operator, who alone is authorised to assess a participant’s ability.
Conditions of use
After following the explanations at the start of the session, you do the various courses in independent practice.
You are responsible for your own safety. Strictly follow the safety instructions and the instructions for using the equipment, as well as the advice and directions given by the park staff.
- No access to the facilities without the start-of-session explanations.
- It is strictly forbidden to interrupt or leave a course without the permission and assistance of an operator.
- Good health required; no climbing for anyone who has consumed alcohol or any substance that may impair their abilities.
- Clothing suited to the activity; do not carry any object that could fall.
- Permanent self-belaying compulsory (on the safety line, safety loops or any other indicated element).
- Follow the general and specific instructions: read the signs at the start of each challenge; do not overload the platforms or the challenges.
- Any equipment removed or put back on must be checked by an operator.
- Any incident or anomaly must be reported to the staff in charge.
- Special access conditions for certain courses: follow the requirements of the general instructions.
Behaviour on the ground
- Are you a visitor? Let the participants climb: only the park staff are authorised to give advice or intervene.
- Respect the markings and paths on the ground: never cross the ropes and barriers for any reason (danger).
- Do not run in the paths; respect the environment (no picking plants, no leaving anything behind).
- Smoking and lighting fires are prohibited.
Rights of the management
The management reserves the right:
- to exclude anyone who does not follow the instructions;
- to exclude anyone whose behaviour is considered dangerous to themselves or others, or disrespectful of people, facilities or the environment;
- to stop any session in bad weather or special conditions;
- to take and enforce any decision it considers justified.
The park staff alone are authorised to intervene and decide in all circumstances.
The organisers accept no liability if these rules are not followed.
