Article 1 — Access
Access to the Ardennes Terre d’Aventures parks is open to anyone in good mental and physical health. Participants may not access the courses if they are under the influence of any substance whatsoever: medication, alcohol, drugs. All participants undertake to hold third-party liability insurance.
All services must be paid in full no later than the day chosen for the activity. Payment can be made on site in cash, by bank card, with ANCV holiday vouchers (paper or ANCV Connect) or CAF leisure vouchers; online, by bank card only.
All participants must read the rules of the park concerned, displayed at the entrance and available on our website (Le Corsaire Volant, Elfy Park) or on request by phone.
Article 2 — Right of exclusion
Ardennes Terre d’Aventures reserves the right to exclude anyone:
- whose behaviour is dangerous to themselves,
- who endangers the lives of others,
- who does not comply with any of the park rules (Le Corsaire Volant, Elfy Park),
- who has accessed the courses without paying for them.
Article 3 — Individual bookings
Late arrival
If the customer is more than half an hour late, the park can no longer guarantee the equipment booking. The customer will then have to wait until equipment is available and will not be entitled to any refund. No refund can be considered if the customer has chosen the wrong date or time, since the customer enters this information.
Changes to the booking by the customer
If the customer wishes to change the date or time, they must notify us at least 72 hours before the original date. As far as possible, our teams will do their utmost to find another date. If no date can be found, no refund may be claimed.
Cancellation by the customer
If the customer cancels while the park is operating, they are not entitled to any refund.
Changes or cancellation by Ardennes Terre d’Aventures
Ardennes Terre d’Aventures reserves the right to cancel any booking in the event of bad weather or emergency maintenance of the park, and to change its date. If the cancellation occurs before the customer has been able to start the activity, a new date is offered; if no alternative date can be found, Ardennes Terre d’Aventures refunds the customer the full amount of the service. If the service is interrupted after the customer has completed half of the activity, a credit note is issued for the part not completed, valid at the customer’s convenience during the current year.
Article 4 — Online bookings
The customer selects the day and time of their visit and pays the full amount by secure card payment. After payment, they receive an acknowledgement of receipt that allows them to present themselves at the park. Ardennes Terre d’Aventures then reserves the necessary equipment for the chosen date and time. The acknowledgement of receipt serves as confirmation; no other correspondence is sent.
No right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or during a specific period. Dated tickets are therefore not taken back, exchanged or refunded, subject to the cancellation cases provided for in Article 3.
For undated services (gift vouchers, passes not tied to a date), the customer has fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay any penalty, in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
Article 5 — Groups and organisations
For each request, a quote is sent to the customer by email or post. The total amount is calculated on the expected number of participants. The customer returns the quote with their signed approval, by email or post. On receipt of the signed approval, the option is held for:
- booking 90 days or more in advance: 20 days,
- booking between 89 and 30 days in advance: 15 days,
- booking between 29 and 15 days in advance: 7 days,
- booking less than 14 days in advance: 3 days.
Within this period, the customer must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount. On receipt of the deposit, the booking becomes firm and final. Payment by administrative purchase order is accepted: in this case, please contact our teams. On the day of the service, an adjustment is made according to the actual number of participants. A minimum charge of €300 excl. VAT applies, unless otherwise agreed. The balance is paid on the day of arrival at the park, except for payments by administrative purchase order.
Article 6 — Additional products and services
If the booking includes additional products or services (meals, extra activities, room hire, guided tours…), their cancellation by the customer less than 72 hours before the service results in the loss of the entire corresponding order.
Article 7 — Personal data
The information collected during a booking is necessary to process your order. It is processed by SARL Ardennes Terre Aventures, the data controller, and by our online ticketing provider Guidap, acting as processor. Messages sent from the contact form reach us by email. The website is hosted by IONOS SARL.
The data is kept for as long as necessary to manage the booking and meet accounting obligations, and is then deleted. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
