Access to the park
The park may not be accessed outside opening hours.
Access is reserved for visitors holding a valid ticket or pass (day ticket, Elfy Pass, Pass-Partout), to be shown at the entrance and whenever staff ask for it.
Everyone on site must hold third-party liability insurance.
Children and accompanying adults
- Elfy Park is a family park open to children from age 2.
- Children remain at all times under the supervision and responsibility of their parents or the adult accompanying them. The park staff do not look after children.
- Groups (schools, holiday clubs, birthday parties) are the responsibility of their leaders, who ensure that these rules are followed.
Use of the games and equipment
Each game (summer toboggan run, zip lines, giant nets, swings, trampolines, huts…) has a sign with instructions.
- Respect the ages, heights and numbers of people shown at the entrance to each game.
- Follow the specific instructions for the summer toboggan run and the zip lines, as well as the directions given by staff.
- Use the games as intended: no rough play, no climbing outside the designated areas.
- Wear clothing and shoes suited to an outdoor activity.
- The games are used under the responsibility of visitors and their accompanying adults.
- Report any incident, injury or damaged equipment to the park staff.
Some games may be closed temporarily, particularly for maintenance or in bad weather.
Respect for the site and other visitors
- Stay on the paths and designated areas; do not cross ropes or barriers.
- Respect the forest, the scenery and the park’s characters: no picking plants, no damage, no litter (bins are provided).
- Smoking and lighting fires are prohibited.
- Animals are not allowed at Elfy Park.
- Access is forbidden to anyone who is drunk or under the influence of substances that may affect their behaviour.
Rights of the management
The management reserves the right:
- to exclude, without refund, anyone who does not follow these rules or whose behaviour is dangerous to themselves or others, or disrespectful of people, facilities or the environment;
- to close all or part of the park in bad weather or special circumstances;
- to take and enforce any decision it considers justified.
The park staff alone are authorised to intervene and decide in all circumstances.
The organisers accept no liability if these rules are not followed.
